Left work at 3.30am. Hit bed at 4am. Alarm went off at 7am. Back at work at 7.30am.

How are you even able to type.
He was able to type at 8am, I think he might be having trouble by now though. And at 3.30am tomorrow morning he should be having trouble thinking, never mind typing.
Ah, that reminds me of my rock n' roll days, finishing a get-out at 3am, getting on a bus, waking up in a different town at 8am, and starting all over again. Kinda thing that burns you out good and proper.
I'm fine! Only 12 hours left to go!
