I tore this out of the Metro to show this to some mates, chortling merrily to myself....on the way to an all-night session of Dawn of War. Ruff!

I thought he was bit of a lightweight too. I mean, it's not like it was 50 hours solid - he stopped to eat and take naps too. He's just not l337 enough!
Erm... or at least according to another site he did. Still, if he was hardcore, he would have fitted a catheter and drunk red bull.
Mind you, giving up your job just to play games is pretty intense.

Apparently a lot of the folks who playtested Dawn of War were people who'd quit their jobs after winning $50,000 Starcraft tournaments- so it can be quite lucrative to quit your job just to play games.
Just like it can be very lucrative to quit your job in order to concentrate on the National Lottery...
Well, no, I mean, they quit AFTER they'd won the $50,000. Most people who win the National Lottery probably take a little time off as well.
