Inspiring words, no?

I'm still always amazed when I realise that I'm now older than Jim Morrison will ever be. When I think of how amazing people like him, Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin all died when they were 27, it makes me glad to be alive and really appreciative of all I have and everything I've done.

On a fairly oblique tangent, another good source of appreciation for what you have is Logans' Run, whimsical and fantastical though it may be, the message is still there.

I'm totally the opposite- I hate it when people younger than me have achieved more than I. If I haven't started a major religion by the time I'm 33 I'll be very disappointed.

No the point I was making is that they achieved so much at such a young age, but still died when they were only 27, and could have achieved so much more than they did before they died. I'm now 28, and have plenty of time (I hope!) left to do amazing things.

And if you haven't started a major religion by the time you're 33 I'll be surprised.

This year, I totally beat Jesus!
